About the Chef:
Executive Chef Marjorie is a distinguished culinary professional who is the owner of Peppergrass Kitchen and is the executive pastry chef of Bien Merite in Corpus Christi. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts and Management from the Art Institute of Calitornia, San Diego. Chef Marjorie's culinary journey is adorned with prestigious accolades, including local’s list best pastry chef and a featured chef spot at Austin’s food and wine festival. Prior to her current roles, she was an exhibition seafood chef in San Diego, California, the proprietor of an Italian wine bar in Encinitas, California, and served as the events chef at the renowned Driskill Hotel in Austin, Texas. With a wealth of experience under her belt, Chef Marjorie is ready to share some recipes and have some seasonal fun!
"I see each dish as a work of art engaging all senses-sight, faste, ef touch, smell, and even hearing-eliciting immediate reactions from my diners. My aim is to evoke happiness; I want guests to smile at the first taste, savor each chew with closed eyes, and feel a little thrill of anticipation for the next bite, perhaps even dancing in their seats with delight."
