Class Information:

Join us for a hands-on raku glazing workshop led by ceramic artist Vivian Rood. Participants will glaze up to 2 pre-made tiles, experimenting with a variety of vibrant, oxidized glazes. Then, watch as Vivian demonstrates the raku firing process—an exciting technique known for its crackled textures and unpredictable finishes! No experience necessary—just bring your creativity!

Raku is not Food Safe or Dishwasher Safe.  RCA is not responsible for broken pottery. Pieces are not guaranteed to survive the Raku process.

Safety: All students must review and obey the safety rules provided by the instructor.  Please wear close-toed shoes, 100% natural fibers, long sleeve shirts, and have your hair tied back. Safety equipment will be on hand and reviewed by the instructor.
