Diane will give a brief lecture the first morning, outlining her approach to painting plein-air. She will start a demo painting and the class will have the option of watching or painting as she paints. After lunch, The class will come back to the morning location and paint the same scene as the morning but with the different light of the afternoon as a good example of how the light key changes. After that, the class will be going on location to paint and Diane will demo and lecture in the field. The class will paint at least twice a day.
